Campus eBookstore COVID 19 Statement

Campus eBookstore (CEI) is committed to the success of the independent campus store and is providing support to our partners during this difficult time.

As the situation evolves and changes daily we are developing resources and support as the need becomes apparent.

1)   All CEI services are up and running so your online business can continue during this uncertain time. All our support team members are currently available and will continue to be as the entire team works remotely.

2)   Training Opportunities

  • Providing training to campus store personnel to be ready for online sales if remote learning continues into the next semester.
  • Reviewing CEI ecommerce solution for all partners
  • Refresh training on CEI tools for stores that utilize their own ecommerce solution
  • Training on new LMS integration tool
  • Reviewing OER and free content distribution
  • Reviewing the creation and distribution of Faculty or Department Authored content.

3)   Working with publishers to ensure all available content that is available is loaded and ready for distribution through CEI for the upcoming semesters. This includes finalizing contracts with new publishers to grow the content on the CEI platform.

4)   CEI has always provided free digital content to any student, during this challenging period we are working with our partners to increase the quantity of content as well as the awareness and accessibility to this content.

5)   Training on all tools available through ICBB to ensure users are able to operate an efficient used book buyback at the end of the semester.

Campus eBookstore (CEI) is owned and managed by the independent campus store community. We are here to assist any independent campus store, not just our current partners. If you need any assistance or simply have questions, we are just a phone call or email away.
